Choose the payment rule per service
- Full payment online collects the entire service price through Shopify checkout.
- Deposit collects the configured amount online and leaves a venue balance.
- Pay at venue records the appointment without an online service charge.
- An eligible membership credit can replace payment for the covered treatment.
Review and reconcile
Expanded booking details separate total, paid online, venue cash, venue card, refunded, and remaining balance. Use the payment-attention view for past appointments with unresolved balances or payment records.
Refund the correct transaction
Use Refund online payment for eligible Shopify payments and record venue refunds against the original method. Confirm the resulting Shopify order and Dollflow balance before closing the case.
