When a customer joins
The customer records the desired date, service, optional specialist, name, email, and phone. The request appears in the merchant Waitlist view and does not reserve capacity by itself.
Offer a reopened appointment
When a compatible booking is cancelled or moved, Dollflow can offer the opening to the oldest compatible waiting customer for a limited period. The hold prevents two customers from claiming the same time.
